1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

ONXDEX provides web design, development, local SEO, and ongoing website maintenance services ("Website Care"). The specific details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing of the services will be outlined in a separate proposal and contract provided to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, logos, and any other necessary materials required for the completion of the project. Delays in providing these materials may result in project delays for which ONXDEX is not responsible.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in the project contract, a deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or at agreed-upon milestones. Website Care plans are billed on a recurring basis.
